Important Notes
1. Children must be accompanied by an adult to use the pool.
2. For safety, swimming after consuming alcohol is prohibited.
3. Pool operation may be suspended for safety reasons during adverse weather conditions such as strong winds or rain. In such cases, pool admission fees will be refunded.
(1) Refunds due to adverse weather will only be processed in cash at the Front Desk in the 1st-floor lobby.
(2) For package guests who booked online or through a travel agency, the pool refund amount is a flat 10,000 KRW per person (for both adults and children).
4. Pool tickets are non-refundable if cancellation is requested for reasons other than pool closure due to adverse weather.
