1. Pool Operation Overview
Pre-opening Free Trial Period: June 18, 2026 (Thu) – June 25, 2026 (Thu)
Official Operation Period: June 26, 2026 (Fri) – August 31, 2026 (Mon)
Operating Hours: 13:00 – 21:00 (Daily Maintenance & Cleaning: 16:00 – 16:30)
※ Operating hours are subject to change depending on weather conditions and hotel circumstances.
Eligibility: Registered hotel guests only (Non-registered guests are strictly prohibited)
Pre-opening Free Admission Event: From June 18 (Thu) to June 25 (Thu), enjoy the swimming pool for free against the backdrop of Seongsan's beautiful blue ocean!
2. Admission Fees (During Official Operation Period)
Adults: 15,000 KRW
Children: 10,000 KRW (36 months to 13 years old)
Infants: Free (Under 36 months, valid supporting document/ID required)
Inclusions: Pool access and 1 bath towel provided per person.
Paid Rental: Sunbed rental fee 20,000 KRW
3. Refund Policy for Inclement Weather In the event that pool operations are suspended due to severe weather conditions (such as strong winds or heavy rain) for safety reasons, refunds will be processed based on the following criteria:
On-site Payment Guests: [Full Refund of the paid amount] upon visiting the Front Desk.
Online & Official Website Pre-booked Guests: [10,000 KRW Cash Refund per ticket] upon visiting the Front Desk.
※ For online bookings, partial cancellation is unavailable due to platform system limitations. Therefore, it will be compensated via on-site cash refund.
4. Rules & Safety Guidelines
This swimming pool is NOT heated. (Operated with ambient/room temperature water for the summer season only)
The pool depth is approximately 85cm, and there is no separate kids' or infant pool.
In case of severe weather conditions (strong winds, rain, lightning, etc.), operations may be suspended without prior notice for safety reasons.
Pool access is limited to the number of registered guests per room. Inviting acquaintances or non-registered guests is strictly prohibited.
To prevent safety accidents, toddlers and children must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times, and wearing a life jacket is mandatory.
Entering the pool after drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited. Guests causing excessive noise or discomfort to others may be subject to forced eviction.
