The person making the reservation, the actual guest, and the payer must be the same person. The actual guest must handle the booking and payment directly.
Only one room can be reserved per resident.
Upon check-in, you must present a valid Resident Registration Card or a certified copy of your Resident Registration to prove your residency in Goseong County. You will also be required to fill out a Fee Reduction Application Form at the desk.
Please note that if you fail to present the required documents or if your residency cannot be verified, the discount will not be applied, and standard rates will be charged.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- 4 days before check-in: No cancellation fee (Full refund)
- 2 to 3 days before check-in: 50% of the total room rate will be charged.
- 1 day before check-in: 80% of the total room rate will be charged.
- On the day of check-in / No-show: 100% of the total room rate will be charged.
※ However, cancellations due to natural disasters (force majeure) are eligible for a full refund upon verification.
