The portable fan and Sanrio neck cooler are provided once per booking, regardless of the length of your stay.

Breakfast is provided daily for the standard number of guests throughout your stay.

How to Use the Neck Cooler
To use your neck cooler, fully cool it down by placing it in a refrigerator (below 18°C), freezer, ice water, or cold water.
You can wear it around your neck or apply it to any area of your body that feels warm.
Please ensure it's completely cooled before use.
The duration of cooling may vary depending on individual usage conditions.
Once the coolant melts, you can refreeze it for reuse.
